I love inspirational and motivational quotes. I mean, who doesn't? I have so many quotes around my workspace that it is getting ridiculous. But I need the constant and in-your-face types of reminders. It works for me.

But there is one quote that I truly live by and that is...

Why this quote?

In the digital world we live in where every social media rule our everyday, everything we do is on display. I am a pretty private person. I don't see the need to put everything I do on display and truthfully, there isn't much to show anyway.

And based on past experiences, telling people what I am going to do is not the best way for me. The constant watching and expectations whether I can produce results is scary and stressful for me. So it is better and healthier for me to work in silence.

If the results are bad, no one will have to know. If it is successful, then great! It will be a good surprise for me and my loved ones. Whenever I feel like I want to tell the whole world what I am going to do, I take a step back and tell myself to not talk so much and produce good results first. Then the rest will fall in their places.
